SCOPE
Full suite of wedding stationery, signage, and website
Project Overview
Liz and Brett came to me looking for something different—a fresh, bold wedding suite that matched their personalities and set the tone for their laid-back Austin brunch wedding. They wanted color, quirk, and fun, but nothing overly floral or traditionally fancy. The challenge: capture spring vibes and their unique style using a non-traditional palette and abstract visuals.
Objectives
Create a full visual suite including save the dates, invites, RSVP cards, signage, and a custom website
Use dark blue and bright orange (their favorite colors) as a central theme
Incorporate a spring feeling without being overly floral
Design a cohesive, playful look that still felt elevated and intentional
Full wedding stationery suite.
Design Approach
The final concept leaned into abstract brushstroke textures and hand-drawn scribbles—an artistic nod to florals without literal flowers. The playful circles added visual energy, while the hand-lettered fonts kept things casual yet personal. Their bold color combo provided strong contrast and visual interest, tying the suite together across print and digital formats.

Results & Impact

Why This Project Matters
This project showcases how abstract visuals, intentional typography, and strategic color use can create a distinctive and cohesive design system across both print and web. It also highlights my ability to blend personal client tastes with an elevated design sensibility, resulting in a suite that felt fun, functional, and true to the couple.

“YES!! Brett and I are in agreement: so pretty! Love the colors, the simplicity, it says ‘spring’ but without being like ‘holy shit, so floral.’ YAY!!”
